Williams reveal fresh-looking new car for 2022 F1 season
Williams have become the latest Formula 1 team to reveal their new-look car for the 2022 campaign, with an interesting change to their livery being made compared to recent years.
Over half of the field has now revealed its new car, or at least a new livery, for the coming campaign, with Williams the sixth to do so.
2022 will see them aiming to use the new regulations to climb back towards the front of the field, too, after a few years running around near the back of the pack.
Tasked with building on a 2021 campaign that offered some green shoots of progress, Alex Albon joins Nicholas Latifi in the garage as the pair aim to spur Williams on into this new era.
George Russell, of course, was with the team last season but he has now headed to Mercedes, and Albon and Latifi will be looking to emulate his performances at the wheel of this year’s machine from the Grove-based team.
