Who is Dermot Mee? The Manchester United goalkeeper on the bench vs Everton
Manager Erik ten Hag has included youngster Dermot Mee in the matchday squad for Manchester United's Premier League clash with Everton this lunchtime.
The goalkeeper, 21, has been named on United's nine-man bench which features two goalkeepers, with Altay Bayindir also providing cover for Andre Onana. Mee is one of a crop of youngsters who have been named among the substitutes, along with Willy Kambwala, Habeeb Ogunneye and Toby Collyer.
It means there is an outside chance that a 250th United academy graduate will make their senior debut for the club this afternoon. Omari Forson became the 249th academy graduate to achieve that honour against Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup in January.

Mee, who will celebrate his 22nd birthday later this year, signed a new contract at Old Trafford last August. He was part of the young United side that travelled to San Diego last summer for a training camp and pre-season friendly against Wrexham but he didn't feature.
He joined the Reds in 2019 and has often trained with the first-team at Carrington, learning from more senior goalkeepers and supporting them. He has featured for the club's Under-23s on a handful of occasions this term, playing three times.
