While not identical, Next's £42 watch looks like Cartier without £8,000 price tag
If you've ever found yourself dreaming of flashing a Cartier watch on your wrist but don't have thousands of pounds to stump up on the timepiece, you're in luck. Next is offering a similar version that features the same colourway and silhouette of the designer wristwatch but at a fraction of the price.
The high street retailer's Gold/Silver Tone Mixed Metal Bracelet Watch costs £42, which is a far cry from the price of a Cartier Panthère De Cartier Watch. If you were to opt for the high-end version, it would set you back a cool £8,000.
While not 100% identical, the watches share the same two-tone strap design with a square watch face. It also has gold watch hands and Roman numeral time indicators.

The Gold/Silver Tone Mixed Metal Bracelet Watch only has one review on the Next website, so far. It reads: "It is excellent quality as with all of Next purchases. It is exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with everything about it. From the ordering to the delivery, nothing was too much trouble."
Another fantastic option that gives off a Cartier vibe is the Milan Swiss Quartz Diamonds and Stainless Steel Watch. It typically costs £2,995 but has been slashed by a massive 93%, bringing the total down to the much more manageable £204.
