Where to buy RTX 5070 graphics cards before they sell out
We've had the 5090, the 5080 and the 5070 Ti - now it's the turn of Nvidia's most affordable of its new graphics cards to shine. Launching at an MSRP of £539, the RTX 5070 is set to launch on March 5, 2025, bringing the latest rendering techniques to even more PC gamers across the country.
This new card brings the likes of DLSS 4 to the table along with a bunch of upgraded specifications across the board. When the cards were first announced, Nvidia claimed that this new line-up of cards can see 'up to eight times' the performance.
While you're unlikely to see quite as huge gains here with the RTX 5070, it's still a tempting upgrade for PC gamers looking to give an older machine a bit of a boost. Depending on the game you're playing, Nvidia claims that gamers can see their performance double in games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts Legacy when compared to the last generation RTX 4070.
DLSS 4 is a huge contributor to this incredible performance leap, with the AI rendering method now capable of rendering additional frames between the ones it already generates on the fly. The results are supposed to be incredible (I've not had chance to test it out in action yet, sadly) but the catch is that the new technology is only available on the new 50 series cards and isn't backwards compatible.
