When is the FA Cup quarter-final draw with TV channel and ball numbers ahead of Man City and Manchester United ties

Manchester City and Manchester United will be aiming to continue their recent domestic cup success by booking their places as two of the last eight teams remaining in this season's FA Cup.

Pep Guardiola's side play Bristol City on Tuesday, when three of the other ties will also be decided, and Erik ten Hag's team welcome West Ham United to Old Trafford in one of four fixtures taking place on Wednesday. For the United manager, this is his maiden campaign in the competition and is an opportunity to claim a domestic double after lifting Carabao Cup last weekend.

Both City and United will be aiming for a spot in the last eight and a chance to move one win from Wembley, where the semi-finals will be played. Here's all you need to know about the draw.

It will take place on Wednesday after Sheffield United host Tottenham Hotspur in the final tie of the fifth round. It will be broadcast live as part of BBC One's post-match coverage, which is due to conclude at around 10pm, barring extra time or a penalty shootout, and will also be streamed on the competition's social media channels.

Alongside City and United and their respective opponents, Bristol City and West Ham, a dozen teams remain in the fifth round. Stoke City v Brighton & Hove Albion, Leicester City v Blackburn Rovers, Fulham v Leeds United, Southampton v Grimsby Town, Burnley v Fleetwood Town, and Sheffield United v Tottenham Hotspur are the other six fixtures at this stage of the competition.
