'What we want' - Chester FC manager gives his verdict on Iwan Murray return

Calum McIntyre says new signing Iwan Murray brings plenty of hunger and ability to succeed on his return to the Deva Stadium.

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder or forward is back at Chester FC two years after leaving for Runcorn Linnets. Murray came through the youth system at Chester and would make ten starts in his two seasons with the first team but then dropped down two divisions to prove himself under McIntyre at Runcorn.

He scored 25 goals in 61 games with the club and was young supporters player of the year last season as he helped McIntyre’s side reach the Northern Premier League Division One (West) play-off final.
