Another bonus is that the game doesn't cost anything to play and is ad-free while only taking a few minutes out of your day - perfect for a morning commute or lunch break entertainment.

Today's word should not be too difficult for most players as it has no repeating letters and can be narrowed down fairly quickly.

The key to figuring out this word is not just getting the correct vowel in the right place but managing to get the last couple of letters as well.

The only vowel in today's word is A in the second position which doesn't give us much to go on since there are dozens of five-letter words with a second A in it.

Therefore, we need to turn our focus on some of the consonants - if like me, you managed to get T and C in the right place then the words become much easier to guess.

There are only a handful of five-letter words in the English language with this combination of letters and you should be able to narrow it down with some simple guesswork.

Hopefully, you managed to figure out that today's Wordle answer is WATCH.
