‘What I'm being told’ - Journalist now hints at huge Leeds transfer boost

Journalist Graeme Bailey has said that he would be ‘very surprised’ if Leeds United allowed Jack Harrison to leave this summer.

According to reports, Newcastle United are keen on signing the Whites’ winger and some supporters already seem concerned by the possible situation on their hands.

To make things worse, Harrison recently poured fuel on the flames to the rumours by saying ‘we’ll see’ when asked if he could be staying or going this summer.

However, while speaking as a guest on the One Leeds Fan Channel, Bailey explained that he doesn’t think Leeds will sell and the recent injury to Luis Sinisterra may have made this all the more unlikely.

“And yeah, I think it’d take a lot to get Jack out, it really would. I think £35m plus add ons is what I’m being told, and I don’t think Newcastle are going to pay that for him.

“I think he possibly is worth that, but I think that’s his ceiling, so to speak. And no, I’d be very, very surprised if Leeds caved in and allowed him to leave.”

On top of that, of course, they have already lost Raphinha this summer, who
