Manchester United will be targeting a return to winning ways when they face West Ham United at the London Stadium this afternoon, kick-off 2pm.

United, who have lost each of their last two trips to Stratford, will be looking to get back on track after drawing 1-1 with Fenerbahce in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

Youssef En-Nesyri's second half header wiped out Christian Eriksen's opener, meaning United failed to build on their 2-1 triumph over Brentford five days earlier. They head go into today's game having won just one of their last seven matches in all competitions.

Nevertheless, United will be looking for back-to-back league wins for the first time this season this afternoon. They have had one too many false starts this term and will be determined to spark their season into life in the capital.

Bruno Fernandes is expected to be restored to the starting line-up this afternoon after missing the trip to Turkey through suspension. Jonny Evans is also contention to be involved after injury.
