West Ham's Declan Rice transfer stance puts suitors off amid Tottenham influence

West Ham United's stance around the future of Declan Rice has not changed despite the midfielder rejecting the third offer of a new contract that would have been worth £200,000 per week and that is set to put a number of admirers off a summer move.
