West Ham's Michail Antonio discusses Declan Rice future amid Manchester United links

West Ham forward Michail Antonio has remained coy on the future of in-demand teammate Declan Rice, amid interest from Manchester United.

United are eager to improve their options in midfield this summer. They have been long-term admirers of the England international and previously earmarked the 23-year-old as their main target.

Rice has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, namely United and former side Chelsea - who released him as a teenager. Manager David Moyes has remained steadfast in his belief that Rice is not for sale, even slapping a whopping £150million price tag on his head in a bid to fend off potential buyers, and now Antonio has offered his thoughts on the Hammers midfielder.

"Dec has not even touched his best yet. He is unbelievable, what I see every day in training, he's got so much more to do, got so much more to learn," he told Sky Sports.

"But what he's doing right now, he's up there with probably one of the best in the Premier League already. Whatever Dec wants to do, I'll be happy for him.

"I love him as a player, I love him as a person. So his decision is his decision at the end of the day."
