Weekend round-up as Chatham Town, Ramsgate, Dartford and Welling United secure Isthmian Premier weekend wins

There were emotional scenes as Ashford United were edged out by an injury-time goal in their home Isthmian South East loss to Merstham on Saturday.

Trailing at half-time, as the Nuts & Bolts remembered much-loved club steward Dave Chalmers following his recent death, captain Gary Lockyer equalised but the Moatsiders came up with a 96th-minute goal to check United’s progress under new boss Craig Stone as it ended 2-1 at Homelands.

Deal Town suffered a 3-2 defeat at Eastbourne Town.
