We went to Europe's largest video arcade in Greater Manchester and I had to drag the kids out
Gaming is one of those pastimes that unites young and old and there's one place in Greater Manchester that gamers can't get enough of.
Tucked away down a side street in Bury is Ela Mill, home to the Arcade Club.
It's been open since 2015 and, except for its temporary closure during the pandemic, has since been packed with players of every age.
There are hundreds of retro and modern machines for visitors to enjoy - from classic and modern arcade games, to pinball machines and so much more.

There's everything from Pac-Man and Space Invaders to Donkey Kong and Sega Rally and kids can play their modern favourites like Fortnite and Rocket League.
It was already a gamer's paradise, but with the addition of a fourth floor last September, there's now an even bigger offering at the site, with pool tables, a separate VR room and even its own Hurricane Simulator.
The beauty is the price though, as compared with other attractions it's relatively cheap, particularly as you can stay for as long as you like.
The £9 entry fee is for kids aged five to 15 to play all day long - on anything and everything that's there. If adults want to play too it's £17 per adult, or £43 for a family.
And it opens longer during the school holidays - from 11am Thursday to Sunday, closing at 11pm on Thursday and Saturday, midnight on Friday and 8pm on Sunday. Families are welcome at all times, except for Friday evenings, when it's adults-only after 6pm.
