We simulated Norwich City vs Man City to get a score prediction

Manchester City will look to avoid an upset and move 12 points clear of Liverpool on Saturday, as they visit Norwich City in the Premier League.

A routine 2-0 victory saw Pep Guardiola's side maintain their large lead at the top of the league table, with Riyad Mahrez and Kevin De Bruyne both scoring as City kept their 14th clean sheet of the season. City defeated Norwich 5-0 in the reverse fixture in August, but on Saturday they will face a much different Norwich side, with the Canaries currently unbeaten in their last three league games under Dean Smith.

The last time City visited Carrow Road was in the 2019/20 season, where Norwich famously won 3-2 in a thrilling encounter for the neutral.

Gabriel Jesus and Cole Palmer are the only doubts for the trip to the East Anglia, with an almost fully fit squad at Guardiola’s disposal.

So, what lineup will the Spanish boss select? And, what could the final score be?

We used FIFA 22 to get a score prediction for Norwich vs Man City on Saturday and this is what happened...

We used kick-off mode in FIFA 22, but didn't select a team to control, we then selected the teams and watched the match play out by itself, to give us a score prediction.

We predict that the Canaries could set up in a 4-4-2 formation, with their line-up as follows: Gunn; Aarons, Hanley, Gibson, Williams; Sargent, Gilmour, McLean, Rashica; Pukki, Idah.

We predict that Man City could set up in a 4-3-3 formation, with their line-up as follows: Ederson; Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo; De Bruyne, Rodri, Silva; Mahrez, Foden, Sterling.

After a frustrating opening 20 minutes, Man City finally broke the deadlock when a lovely passing move was finished off by Mahrez.

De Bruyne played a quick give and go with Phil Foden
