Watch Danilo make young Rangers fan's day as masked impersonator in Hampden crowd gets gift of a lifetime

A young Rangers fan emulated Danilo by wearing a mask like to Hampden - and the striker recognised it by gifting him his shirt to match.

The Brazilian has become a fan favourite since his summer move to Ibrox and his black mask, donned after suffering a serious facial injury in September which kept him out for weeks, has underlined his cult hero status. He led the line at Hampden though Rangers didn't need his late heroics this time, downing Hearts through a set-piece double from James Tavernier and a strike from Scott Wright.

A young fan though was spotted in the crowd pre-match wearing a black mask just like Danilo's along with a Brazil flag to honour his hero. And the striker went out of his way to thank him by gifting him his shirt. Record Sport caught the touching moment on camera from Hampden and you can watch it in the player above.
