Wales vs Italy Live: Start time, team news and latest score updates

Wales take on Italy in Rome in what is being billed as a likely Six Nations Wooden Spoon decider.

Warren Gatland's side are desperate for a win after a record 13 consecutive Test defeats and a 43-0 thumping at the hands of France on the opening weekend.

They face an Italy team that has beaten them twice in the past three years and they are likely to do so without full-back Liam Williams. The veteran is a major doubt with a knee injury and is likely to be replaced by Blair Murray in the starting XV, with Josh Hathaway coming on to the bench. That situation is set to be confirmed around 90 minutes before kick-off, unless Williams pulls off a late recovery.

Wales do, however, welcome back the mercurial talents of Taulupe Faletau for the first time in 16 months.

Today's game kicks off at 2.15pm and is being broadcast on ITV and S4C. You can follow live updates below.
