Wales press conference Live as Wayne Pivac's side prepare for Six Nations finale

Wales will be working hard to ensure they finish their Six Nations campaign on a high and will be making their final preparations for Saturday's game after their team was named early on Tuesday.

With just one win from four games, Wayne Pivac and his coaching ticket know that only a convincing win over Italy will be considered acceptable by the Welsh public.

The Italians haven't won a Six Nations match since 2015 and travel to Cardiff as massive underdogs. As such, Pivac has made a host of changes to his side for this final match.

The likes of Dewi Lake, Dillon Lewis, Gareth Davies, Willis Halaholo and Johnny McNicholl are all handed starts, while Alun Wyn Jones returns from injury for his 150th Welsh cap. With captain Dan Biggar winning his 100th Welsh cap, it promises to be quite an occasion.
