Virals: Chris Sutton makes bold prediction ahead of big Celtic fixture
Celtic legend turned pundit Chris Sutton has made a bold prediction ahead of the Hoops’ huge Premiership match against Ross County on Sunday.
The former Bhoys striker, appearing on the Record Celtic podcast, feels that the recent Scottish Cup semi-final loss to Rangers won’t have an impact on the Hoops’ trip to Dingwall.
“I don’t think the cup defeat will have an affect in any way whatsoever. In many ways it might give the Celtic team a bit of a jolt, it’s a reminder the league is not over.”
Celtic go into the game with a six point lead at the top of the Premiership, but that could be cut to three points at kick-off on Sunday afternoon if Rangers defeat Motherwell on Saturday.
