Vinicius Jr's Real Madrid highlights for 2021/22 are so good even he's tweeted the video

Vinicius Jr finally came of age at Real Madrid this season and boy did he put on a show.

The Brazilian starlet set the world alight with some truly incredible performances in the famous white shirt as Real secured a historic double.

It was his goal in the Champions League final against Liverpool that saw the Spanish giants secure an unprecedented 14th European Cup.

On the domestic front, his 17 goals and 13 assists proved crucial in Madrid romping to the La Liga title by 13 clear points.

In truth, we point to any number of ridiculous performances that underpin just how good the 21-year-old was in this season just finished.

Be it an individual moment, like sending Fernandinho to the shops, or a scintillating all round performance, the man was just on a different level entirely.

To think what he might be capable of achieving going forward is actually terrifying.

If he doesn’t kick on – however unlikely that is – then he has already given us a career’s worth of ridiculous highlights.

2021/22 was littered with just unbelievable moments as the South American turned Europe into his own personal playground.

In fact, those very highlights have gone viral on Twitter in the last 24 hours with Vinicius himself retweeting the sparkling montage.

The video, aptly captioned ‘Vinicius Jr is simply incredible’ has been sending fans into a frenzy online and even managed to catch the eye of the main man himself.

You can hardly blame the man for giving it a retweet as well. Who wouldn’t when the highlights are this good?
