Victor Osimhen 'told he can leave' Napoli and more Manchester United transfer rumours

Victor Osimhen will be allowed to leave Napoli this summer for the right price, according to reports.

Manchester Evening News Sport understands that the Serie A top scorer, who has 21 league goals this season, is of interest to Erik ten Hag although Harry Kane is his primary target. Osimhen is apparently being tracked by a number of European clubs including Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.

The Nigerian is on course to lift the Scudetto in Naples with his club a staggering 19 points clear at the summit with 11 matches to go. However, it seems Napoli are resigned to the fact that their star striker will leave Italy this summer.

That’s according to Gazzetta dello Sport, which also claims that they have a set a starting price of €150m (£131m) on their talisman. It further suggests that Napoli have identified his replacement already.

The Italians are thought to be targeting Union Saint-Gilloise attacker Victor Boniface, who has scored 19 times for the Belgian side this season. Meanwhile, Tuttosport (via Sport Witness) reports that Inter Milan are eyeing Victor Lindelof.

In fact, the article claims that United have offered Lindelof to Inter with just 15 months remaining on his deal. The defender could be one of the players to leave United this summer with more outgoings expected than signings.

Lindelof has played 21 times this season, making just 15 starts in all. He hinted last week that an exit could be on the cards, saying: “I want to play, this summer we will analyse the situation and see what is best.”
