UFC: Michael Bisping plays with fake eye to meet producer's demands in hilarious clip

While reporting for BT Sport, former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping took a producer’s instructions a bit too literally.

Since calling time on his fighting career back in 2018, Bisping has spent his time entertaining the masses as a UFC pundit. The 43-year-old currently reports for BT Sport, and has carried over his quick wit from his fighting days.

Bisping enjoyed a 14-year career in MMA, and quickly became a fan favourite due to the brilliant combination of his comedic charm and incredible toughness in the Octagon.

Thankfully, Bisping’s sense of humour has carried over into his punditry role, and it was on full display earlier this week after a producer’s bizarre request.

When asked to look at two different people at once, Bisping hilariously responded by moving his fake eye, sending both his colleagues and the production crew into raptures.

The Cyprus-born fighter suffered a severe injury to his right eye back in January 2013 during a fight against the then-lightweight champion Vitor Belfort.

Belfort landed a devastating head kick on Bisping in the second round and followed it up with a flurry of punches, resulting in the referee ending the contest early.

The kick caused the initial damage by detaching Bisping’s retina, while the combination of punches afterwards only added to the injury. He revealed that soon after the fight, he lost complete vision in his right eye, and also suffered from glaucoma and cataracts.

Despite losing vision completely on one side, Bisping continued to fight in the UFC. He suffered another scare during his fight against Kevin Gastelum in 2017, when he momentarily lost vision in his left eye also. Thankfully, he was able to make a full recovery, but it was enough to encourage ‘The
