Transfer news LIVE as Celtic and Rangers plus Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs eye signings

The Scottish Premiership split is just around the corner - and transfer deals are quickly moving up the agenda.

It's set to be a big summer for Rangers and Michael Beale as the boss looks to build a side capable of challenging Celtic as Ange Postecoglou's men close in on the title.

Todd Cantwell and Nicolas Raskin have been success stories since Beale's arrival, but exits could be top of the agenda for the Ibrox side. Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos are among a host of free agents who could be heading for the Ibrox exit door.

For Celtic it's about building while they are on top, and Ange Postecoglou is known to get his business done early in the window. Liel Abada is reportedly attracting interest and the Parkhead resolve to keep him in Glasgow's east end this summer.

Aberdeen boss Barry Robson can't look to far beyond the end of the season when his deal expires, but will be planning some deals he would want to get done should he land the top job. Ross McCrorie will be one he wants to keep amid links with Bristol City.

The Dons aren't the only club weighing up their next moves in the dugout, with St Johnstone looking to appoint Callum Davidson's successor. Hearts are also planning for next term with Steven Naismith in temporary charge.

South of the border, Kieran Tierney looks set to leave Arsenal at the end of the campaign with the Scotland cap sidelined this term. Newcastle United have been regularly touted with an approach.
