Trains cancelled in Manchester after ANOTHER bus crashes into a bridge
Rail passengers faced delays and cancellations after a bus hit a low bridge in north Manchester.
Services heading to and from Manchester Victoria were facing major disruption this morning (July 22).
It followed a collision on Ten Acres Lane, in Newton Heath, involving a bus which struck a low bridge.
Images from the scene this morning appear to show a Metroline Manchester driver training bus wedged underneath the bridge.

National Rail said passengers were set to face disruption until around 11am this morning.
Northern and TransPennine Express services are among those affected.
A National Rail spokesperson said: "A road vehicle colliding with a bridge between Manchester Victoria and Ashton-under-Lyne means all lines are blocked between Manchester Victoria and Stalybridge.
"As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or diverted. Disruption is expected until 11:00."

The incident comes less than 24 hours after a Bee Network bus crashed into a low bridge on Barton Lane, in Eccles, leaving three people seriously injured.
A Metroline Manchester spokesperson said: "We are aware of the incident involving a training bus on Ten Acres Lane.
"We can confirm there are no injuries. The bus has been removed from the scene and we will be conducting a full investigation."
The incident was resolved by 11.40am.
