Tragedy of beloved husband, 28, who said he could not find a way to 'stop all the anxiety'
Tributes have been paid to a "loving and caring" man who sadly passed away at the age of 28 after battling anxiety.
Adam Tock struggled with his mental health but kept his troubles hidden from his family and friends, fearing he would be a "burden" to them, an inquest into his death revealed.
Since his passing on December 5 last year, his family has raised £6,000 for Andy's Man Club, a charity that works to prevent suicide among men and remove the stigma around mental health issues, especially in young men. You can donate here.

An inquest into Adam's death was held on Thursday in Hull, where family members read out statements paying tribute to the young married man, HullLive reports.. Adam's mum Valerie said: "We were a close family and enjoyed being in each other's company. Adam was a caring person who cared about the feelings and emotions of others but he also cared deeply about how others thought of him.
"Adam was a great person and someone we're all proud of. He was exceptionally talented at his job. He was a very loving and caring person and cared deeply about the feelings of others.
"He enjoyed holidays with his wife and they created great memories. He had a witty sense of humour and loved making everyone laugh."
His wife Amy also shared: "He had such a good sense of humour. He was full of useless facts which made everyone laugh. We were joined at the hip. Adam was such a loving and caring person and I am thankful for the time we had together."
