Traffic at standstill on M60 near Oldham following crash
Traffic was at a standstill on the M60 this evening following a crash near Oldham. Drivers are facing delays on the anticlockwise carriageway near junction 21 at Chadderton.
Queues are backing up towards junction 22, in Oldham. A spokesperson for North West Motorway Police told the Manchester Evening News that a collision had taken place at around 7.10pm.
Lanes are currently blocked following the crash. Officers from National Highways are currently on their way to the scene.

Police confirmed the crash involved two vehicles. It has since been moved to the hard shoulder.
All lanes reopened by 8pm.
