Tottenham will be without nine first-team stars for the Premier League trip to Manchester City on Sunday.

Rodrigo Bentancur is the latest name to join the list with the midfielder forced off in the defeat to Aston Villa last time out with a torn ankle ligament. He is set to be sidelined until the new year and joins the likes of Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and James Maddison on the treatment table.

City will be favourites for Sunday's clash albeit Spurs have won five of the last eight meetings between the clubs. And boss Ange Postecoglu doesn't see the club's lengthy injury list as an excuse or a reason to alter his attacking brand of football.
