Tottenham have made the battle for a top four spot more difficult, after their 3-2 defeat to Man United on Saturday night.

Spurs managed to make a comeback twice in the game, with equalising goals in the 35th and 72nd minute, but it wasn't enough to stop Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick, bagging his side all three points.

Antonio Conte's side remain in seventh place and although they are only five points behind The Red Devils with two games in hand, it will be a difficult turnaround to secure a Champions League spot.

Tottenham's inconsistency has handed them an extra struggle in the battle for fourth spot, which is something the Italian reiterated in his post match press conference.

"We have to be stable, to be stable and to keep good results in every moment," Conte admitted. "Instead we are doing up and down, up and down.

"I want to push my players, because our ambition has to be to stay very close to the top four."

With all that being said, takes a look at Spurs' next six Premier League fixtures compared to their top four rivals.

It's taken three months for the scheduled game to be rearranged but Spurs will finally face Graham Potter's side for the first time this season, on Wednesday.
