Antonio Conte will have to decide whether to stick with a winning Tottenham team or freshen up his starting XI up for the visit of West Ham United. The two London rivals do battle at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon, both looking to keep their top four hopes alive.
Spurs come into the game off a comfortable 2-0 win against Brighton on Wednesday night, while the Hammers progressed to the Europa League quarter-finals with an extra-time victory against Sevilla the following evening.
