Here is your Tottenham Hotspur morning digest on Saturday, February 5.
According to The Telegraph, via The Hard Tackle, north London giants Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race for Lille star Sven Botman ahead of the 2022 summer transfer window.
Newcastle United and AC Milan were interested last month but he eventually stayed at the Stade Pierre Mauroy.
Former Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes Dejan Kulusevski may have a bit-part role to play to begin with, whereas Rodrigo Bentancur will immediately find himself in the XI and subsequently make a "huge difference" to the team's midfield.
"Kulusevski is an interesting signing. He’s come in on an 18-month loan initially but he’s also a player that [Fabio] Paratici signed for Juventus as well. He’s a player that Paratici knows very, very well," Robinson told BetfredTV.
"Bentancur excites me too. I think he’s a top player who will come immediately into the side and strengthen the starting XI."
