Tottenham: Conte could sign £63m star, Kane update, 6'4 ace set for Hotspur Way deal

Tottenham Hotspur look set to be one of the Premier League’s busier clubs during the summer and Dean Jones has provided a guide to the north London outfit’s transfer window.

The priorities for Spurs are to sign a new striker, a right wing-back, a left-sided centre-back and another midfielder. Preferably they want some creation to come into the side, so we could see that in the midfielder or – depending on outgoings – as an additional fifth signing.

Spurs are again being linked with Adama Traore as he heads back to Wolves from Barcelona, while Torino’s Wilfried Singo is also being looked at very closely. Barcelona’s Sergino Dest is a player that has been looked at but is not currently being pursued.

In midfield Brentford’s Christian Eriksen would be keen on a return if the right conditions can be found and Youri Tielemans of Leicester City is also on the shortlist. Weston McKennie of Juventus has been considered, as have Joao Palhinha from Sporting Lisbon and PSG’s Idrissa Gueye.
