Time is running out to get your tickets to Neighbourhood Weekender 2022 - and other gigs in Manchester

As we head into a very welcome bank holiday weekend, there’s lots on the horizon in terms of great upcoming gigs in the north west.

Not least, the hotly-anticipated and jam-packed Neighbourhood Weekender festival featuring headliners Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms, along with the much-loved The Lathums, incredible Becky Hill, and a host of other amazing artists.

But that’s not all. There are plenty more shows with tickets up for grabs this week - check out the full line-up below.

May 28 and 29, 2022

Manic Street Preachers, Razorlight, James Bay, Red Rum Club, Scouting For Girls, The Academic, GAYLE and more are heading to Neighbourhood Weekender this summer.

They join headliners Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms at Victoria Park in Warrington on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29, 2022.

Bloc Party have today (April 29) released a new album, Alpha Games - their first studio album since 2016’s Hymns.

Prior to the release, fans got their first taste of the band’s new record with single Traps, which has proved very popular.

In support of Alpha Games, Bloc Party will be embarking on an extensive UK and European tour at the end of May, stopping off in Manchester on May 31.

BRIT Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling musician George Ezra is set to perform at the Manchester Arena this autumn as part of a huge nationwide UK arena tour, following a special show scheduled at London’s Finsbury Park in July.

The tour announcement arrives alongside George's new single Green Green Grass, ahead of the upcoming new album, Gold Rush Kid.
