Tik Tok star Bryce Hall has admitted he was submitted a number of times during a "random" sparring session with UFC star Nate Diaz.
The social media sensation has been working towards a return to the boxing ring after being stopped by Austin McBroom last summer. But he was invited to a grappling session with Diaz, where he showed off some wrestling moves before being quickly tapped on what he admits was a frequent basis.
Hall has a background in wrestling from his secondary school days, but has minimal experience in jiu-jitsu where Diaz is a black belt. He has also boxed regularly over the last year-and-a-half since agreeing to his fight with McBroom last June, and wants to fight again with Triller the likely platform.
Speaking in a snapchat video, Hall said: "Really random thing that happened to me today; we just did a late workout at zoo culture and there's this random jiu-jitsu and boxing gym next door. I see Nate Diaz, and being the fanboy that I am I walk up and he tells me to train with him.
"So I actually ended up saying yes because you can't say not to Nate Diaz when he asks you to train. I sparred Nate Diaz, wrestled Nate Diaz and he just kept putting me in submissions, so that was just my today. It was a real 'life is a simulation' type vibe."
