Harry Kane targetting Wayne Rooney's England goalscoring record at 2022 World Cup

After achieving a semi-final finish in the 2018 World Cup and then finishing runners-up in Euro 2020, England will fancy their chances of bringing it home from Qatar. But while the team objective is clear, Kane also has some personal goals he's wishing to fulfil.
