MTV has announced a full week of music events will take over some of Manchester's most-loved live venues in the build up to its huge EMAs event in November. MTV Music Week will take place between November 5 - 9, ahead of the MTV EMAs on November 10 at Co-op Live.

The MTV Music Week will feature homegrown artists, unforgettable performances and industry workshops. Bosses says fans can expect a "dive into Manchester's diverse music scenes" at venues including Soup, Ramona, Diecast, Band on the Wall, Hidden and Rebellion.

MTV’s iconic franchises will take centre stage, including MTV Push Live, Club MTV and YO! MTV Raps, "showcasing the wide offering of the brand and leaving a legacy of MTV memories in Manchester".
