Thomas Tuchel explains Cesar Azpilicueta absence amid Barcelona speculation

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has explained Cesar Azpilicueta’s absence from Thursday’s defeat to Charlotte FC, with the defender heavily linked to Barcelona.
