The seaside holiday park with a pool and sports dome costing £15 a night this summer

It's not easy finding somewhere to take the family over the summer holidays, especially if you've got little ones to entertain.

With trips abroad out of reach for many people, a lot of families will be looking for a break closer to home.

If you act quick then you might just be able to bag one of Parkdean Resorts' discounted breaks, which have 15% off until Tuesday, July 2.

Ty Mawr Holiday Park is around 90 minutes from Manchester, in Towyn, Conwy, North Wales and ticks a lot of boxes for parents and kids.

It's got Towyn Beach on its doorstep, so you don't need to venture far to get your toes in the sand. If you do head out a little though, there's nearby Pensarn Beach to the west and Kinmel Beach, Rhyl Beach and Prestatyn Beach to the east.

Described as ' a lively park with activities for all ages', there's an indoor swimming pool with a water flume, a high ropes course, arts and crafts den and an all-weather sports dome. It's a dog-friendly park too with its own dog agility Woof Park.

The eight-bed Melidan Caravan is just one of the accommodation options and can be booked for £15 per person per night in the school holidays, with seven nights starting from July 19.

The price includes the 15% off summer deals discount which ends at midnight on Monday, July 1.

Families can camp at the site too, or take a tourer along, or there are lodges to hire as well. It's one of 23 Parkdean parks awarded the Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice Award for 2024.
