The Radford family slam Co-op Live after splashing out on VIP tickets for daughter

The Radford Family, stars of 22 Kids and Counting, have slammed Manchester's Co-op Live after their daughter was forced to wait three hours to get into the arena.

In a post on their Instagram account, Britain's largest family detailed their experience at last night (Saturday). They said their daughter, Tillie Radford, had attended the venue to watch the American artist Melanie Martinez.

They had splashed out on VIP lounge tickets for Tillie's birthday but, after being put in the wrong queue, the family said it was another three hours before she could be let in. By then, the lounge had closed and she was unable to stand in the area they had paid for.

Taking to Instagram this morning, they wrote: "Picked up a very upset Tillie from @thecooplive last night. We paid for VIP lounge access tickets with entry at 3pm.

"The girls got put in the WRONG line even after asking multiple people where they needed to go. By the time they got let in at 6pm, lounge was closed and was not standing in the area we paid for.

"As you can imagine, we are not happy. Does anyone know how we go about contacting then [sic]? What a poorly organised arena."

They then shared a screenshot of a purchase receipt alongside the caption: "This is what we paid for. This is what we didn't get @thecooplive."

Daughter Millie Radford expressed her own frustration over the situation on her Instagram. She wrote: "Do any of my lovely followers have any connections with Co-op Live area or know how I can get in contact with them ASAP?"

Co-op Live has been approached for comment.
