The most expensive homes sold in Greater Manchester so far this year

The most expensive properties sold across Greater Manchester so far this year have been revealed. The grand homes were purchased between January and March 2022 by some of the region's richest residents, with sold prices ranging from £1,150,000 to £2,550,000.

It is no surprise that eight of the 10 priciest homes are located in Trafford, Greater Manchester's most expensive borough to buy a house, which is home to affluent areas such as Bowdon, Hale and Altrincham.

The boroughs of Bury and Bolton also had properties selling in the million-pound region, with the extensive homes selling for much more than the average house price in the area.
