A Manchester-based company has made a stance to make a difference to the world's future, and it's even bringing its customers along with it.

Protek Secure Systems, a nationwide industrial door and systems provider, is showing other local companies how it's done with its new sustainability initiative.

Through Evertreen, the business is part of vital reforestation efforts that aim to nurture a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.

By planting trees and fostering sustainable ecosystems, the initiative is helping to combat climate change, support biodiversity, and empower communities.

So far, thanks to Protek Secure Systems, 500 trees have been planted, 300 tonnes of CO2 have been offset, and 62.50 working hours have been created for local people in Kenya and Madagascar.

And that is only set to rise as the company continues to support the initiative and gift trees to its clients so that they can make a tangible difference too.

The reforestation scheme follows Protek's own impressive growth over the past seven years.

Expanding from a small team with one van, the company now works with a wide range of clients nationwide and offers more services than ever.
