The disturbing Amazon Prime Video horror that has viewers feeling 'so ill' they want to 'throw up'

Horror fans have discovered an Amazon Prime Video film so disturbing they say it makes them want to 'throw up.'

Vivarium, released in 2019, follows a couple who become trapped in a hellish suburban housing estate after going to view a property. If you're stuck for Halloween recommendations this evening, then give this one a go- although it won't be for the faint-hearted...

The almost two-hour film stars Now You See Me's Jesse Eisenberg as handyman and boyfriend Tom and 28 Weeks Later's Imogen Poots as primary school teacher and girlfriend Gemma. They visit the Yonder estate, an eerie development filled with identical green houses, only to realise they can't escape.

They learn they must raise their 'son' in order to be freed, as they try to discover what's really happening in their new-found dystopian world. Viewers say that Vivarium, which was added to Amazon Prime Video in 2021, is 'the weirdest film' they've ever seen.

Many said it made them feel like 'throwing up.' Taking to X, formerly Twitter, @morgannmyraa said: "Vivarium is the WEIRDEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WANT TO THROW UP WTF" as @tonestrrr agreed: "The movie Vivarium... makes me want to throw up... out of like fear. It makes me so uncomfortable".

@cinemahimbo said: "Vivarium is really f***** up but boy, oh boy what a terrific wee film it was. Now will
