The boundary-breaking SHEIN X Runway Show descends upon Paris on June 8, unveiling the victorious visions of the SHEIN X Challenge

On 8 June, fashion enthusiasts will gather in Paris for the highly anticipated SHEIN X Runway Show, where the renowned global retailer specialising in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle will unveil 78 stunning new looks created by promising emerging designers, all inspired by the theme of 'Endless Summer.'

One of the highlights of the show will be the introduction of Amy Sala, the winner of the third edition of the annual SHEIN X Challenge, as she presents her very first collection.

Amy, a talented British designer, triumphed over more than 2,400 hopeful participants from across Europe, earning €10,000 in support of her design projects and the invaluable opportunity to showcase her work through SHEIN.

In March, a panel of esteemed industry experts was presented with three designs suitable for Spring/Summer 2023 by 25 finalists.

Following two days of mentoring and careful consideration, the judges, including designers Julien Fournié and Colin Horgan, Adrien Roberts, the International Director of Education at Accademia Costume & Moda in Rome, and Jill Wanless, Editor-In-Chief of Hello! Fashion UK, unanimously selected Amy as the overall winner of this closely contested competition.

Amy, a graduate of the Manchester Fashion Institute, amazed the judges with her bold collection that drew inspiration from the Y2K era.

Her designs featured vibrant bursts of sheer colour and contemporary, flowing silhouettes. Praised for their wearability, modernity, and inclusivity, Amy's creations catered to diverse skin tones and body shapes, ensuring accessibility for everyone.
