From artisan roasters to pumpkin spice lattes, Greater Manchester is lucky to have a wide selection of coffee shops and cafes offering amazing cups of java.

This week is UK Coffee Week (yes, really), which is described as being the nation’s biggest celebration of coffee. And because of this, we want to know your top recommendations when it comes to coffee in Greater Manchester.

Whilst there are of course the big chains dotted across each borough (and they certainly serve their purpose), we have also seen a real influx of independent and local vendors trying to serve the best coffee in town.

Whether it's somewhere in the city centre with a wide range of unique flavours or just the best place to grab a latte outside of town, we want to hear what makes your favourite coffee spot so special.

UK Coffee Week is not only a great chance to highlight our favourite spaces serving up cups of Joe, but there’s actually also a special meaning behind the week as it tries to raise awareness over how our coffee is sourced.

The nationwide campaign aims to raise funds for Project Waterfall, a charity which brings clean drinking water and sanitation to coffee growing communities. Last year, money was raised for communities living in Berbere, Ethiopia - with 40,000 people benefiting from improvements made.
