The 2025 Kent FA Grassroots Workforce Awards took place at Village Hotel Maidstone
The winners of the Kent FA Grassroots Workforce Awards have been revealed.
A celebration of the individuals who make a difference to the county game took place at Village Hotel Maidstone last Thursday.
Whitstable chairman Steve Clayton and assistant manager Matt Longhurst were interviewed by Charlotte Richardson about their historic FA Vase Wembley victory at the event, sponsored by Ballerz.
Ballerz chief financial officer Omer Tahir said: “We’re a new business.
“It’s a year since we have opened and, to be involved in the grassroots game with the Kent FA, it really is an absolute honour.

“Everyone puts their little bit in and, without that, it’s not a community.
“Nights like this just go to show the fantastic work done by everyone in the club.”
There were two winners from Cranbrook Juniors at the awards ceremony, as well.
Luci Levett claimed the female pathway Coach of the Year gong.
“I’m absolutely ecstatic,” said the 26-year-old club welfare officer.
“It’s an absolute privilege to volunteer at Cranbrook Juniors.
“If you had asked me four or five years ago what I would be doing, it definitely wouldn’t have been, standing on that stage and accepting an award.
“They have given me so many opportunities that I couldn’t
