Teenager now missing for 17 days thought to have travelled to Manchester

A teenager who has now been missing for 17 days is thought to have travelled to Manchester. 16-year-old Dani went missing from her home in Winson Green, Birmingham on September 9.

West Midlands Police are continuing to appeal for information about her whereabouts. It is believed she got on a train to Manchester, with officers from Greater Manchester Police now assisting with enquiries.

The teenager was last seen wearing black jeans, a white jumper, a black jacket and black Adidas trainers. Anyone with information is being urged to contact police.

An appeal shared by West Midlands Police read: "We’re still appealing for information on the whereabouts of Dani who has been missing since September 9. The 16-year-old went missing from her home in Winson Green, Birmingham.

"We believe Dani got on a train to Manchester and have asked our colleagues at Manchester Police to assist. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a white jumper, black jacket and black Adidas trainers."
