Teenager, 19, charged with terrorism offences after police raid his Liverpool home
A teenager has been charged with terrorism offences after police raided his home in Liverpool.
Nicolas Street, of Stockbridge Street, has been charged with three counts of possession of a document likely to be useful to a terrorist and two counts of encouraging terrorism. The 19-year-old has also been charged with possession of a prohibited image.
The charges follow an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing North West. Officers from the unit and Merseyside Police carried out a warrant at his home on December 2 last year.

Street appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court yesterday (May 31). He will next appear at the Central Criminal Court - or the Old Bailey - on June 10.
