Talented Bradford Bulls youngster being watched by Super League clubs

Bradford Bulls hooker Thomas Doyle is being courted by Super League clubs. The 23-year-old has been one of the standout players of a Bulls side who have struggled for consistency throughout 2022.

Rugby League Live has learned that several clubs in Super League have been monitoring Doyle's performances for some time. He broke through into Bradford's first team in 2019. He has made over 50 appearances for the Bulls since then.

Bradford are keen on tying the hooker down to a new deal, but they could well be powerless to prevent him from exploring an opportunity to try his hand at Super League if the right club makes Doyle an acceptable offer.

The Bulls are believed to be in the final stages of their process to appoint John Kear's successor at Odsal Stadium, with interim coach Mark Dunning now in charge for several weeks after Kear left the Bulls over two months ago.

But the Championship club now face a fight on their hands to keep hold of one of their most talented youngsters, with more and more top flight clubs showing an interest in Doyle's future.
