Jamie Shaul loan move confirmed with Hull FC fullback moving to Super League club

Hull FC have confirmed that Jamie Shaul has joined Wakefield Trinity on loan for the rest of the season, following on from Hull Live's stories on Tuesday and Thursday.

The move to Wakefield will give Shaul some regular game-time and try help the West Yorkshire club avoid relegation. They currently sit in bottom place in Super League after last week's defeat to Hull KR.

The 30-year-old fullback has made 195 appearances for Hull FC, scoring 105 tries. He hasn't played since the defeat to Leeds Rhinos at the start of the month.

Hull made no confirmation on the terms of the loan deal, but is thought that a permanent deal could happen should Wakefield stay up this year.
