T20 World Cup 2026: dates, past winners and prize money
Jan 28 : Tournament co-hosts India will be out to defend their Twenty20 World Cup title in familiar home conditions next month.
The following outlines the schedule, venues and prize money for the 20-team tournament in India and Sri Lanka, as well as a list of past winners of the tournament which begins on February 7.
DATES
* The tenth edition of the 20-overs global showpiece event will run from February 7 to March 8.
* It begins with Pakistan taking on the Netherlands.

* The tournament will feature 20 teams, divided into four groups.
