Swansea City transfer deadline day Live - Idah medical, Crystal Palace attacker linked

Swansea City have had an excellent summer in the transfer market and will hope to pop the cherry on the cake on deadline day.

Celtic striker Adam Idah was in south Wales on Sunday completing the final part of his medical after the two clubs agreed on a fee last Friday.

Manager Alan Sheehan has wanted a number nine for some time but Idah may not be the only arrival in SA1 today. Swansea would like to add a left-back as back up to Josh Tymon, while a wideman would also be on the wishlist.

Reports emerged on Sunday that Swansea were keen on a loan deal for Crystal Palace's Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, while they have also been reportedly knocked back in a move for Manchester City full-back Stephen Mfuni.

There could also be a few outgoings today, with Ollie Cooper likely to see a move away in order to get game-time.
