Swansea City 1-1 Huddersfield Town: Patino's late strike rescues point for Swans as pressure builds on Michael Duff

Charlie Patino came off the bench to fire home and rescue a point for Swansea City against fellow Championship strugglers Huddersfield Town at the Swansea.com Stadium.

A Ben Cabango own goal after three minutes handed the visitors the lead and, despite Swansea creating a hatful of chances after the break, looked to be enough to hand the Terriers the win. However, Patino popped up deep into stoppage time to net a potentially precious equaliser.

But despite the late elation, the result means the Swans have now won just one of their last eight games, and haven't won at home in their last five attempts. They remain 18th in the Championship table and are now just five points away from the dropzone.

Fans made their feelings known, with the Swans booed off at the interval and at full-time following another frustrating home performance.
